Prerequisite for a return is the return of flawless and unopened containers / packaging within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by the customer himself (return shipment organized by the customer), as well as the subsequent incoming inspection of our laboratory and the findings on unrestricted reusability.

Fees for the examination and restocking:

• 10% on natural quartz sands and granite chips
• 10% on clear resins, care and cleaning agents
• 10% on joint tapes in standard colours
• 10% on EP-mortar systems
• 20% on coloured resins in standard colours
• 20% on 1K-sealants und 2K-sealants

Excluded from the return are:

• colour crystals and marble pebbles
• special colours
• customized mixtures
• 1K-resin products

Processing or reworking and / or repacking are charged as follows:

• 15% on all products that can be finished or reworked and / or repackaged. (not possible for all products!)

The payment is made via a goods credit.
